Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across all of Egypt — Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Delta, Canal cities, Upper Egypt, and the North Coast (seasonal).

How much is shipping?
Cairo & Giza: EGP 60 | Alexandria & Delta: EGP 70 | Upper Egypt & North Coast: EGP 80.
Orders over EGP 1,000 ship free.

How long does delivery take?
Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days. Other regions: 2–5 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday–Thursday).

Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. COD is available on all orders. A small EGP 20 handling fee applies.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a WhatsApp message or email with your tracking number.

Sizing & Fit

How do your sizes run?
Our pieces run true to size. Check our Size Chart for detailed measurements. When in doubt, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you pick the right size.

What if I order the wrong size?
No problem. We offer free size exchanges within 14 days. Just message us and we'll arrange a swap.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, and Cash on Delivery (COD). We're working on adding instalment options soon.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?
We accept returns within 14 days for items in original condition (unworn, tags on). Size exchanges are free. For non-defective returns, we issue store credit. Defective or incorrect items get a full refund.

Who pays for return shipping?
We cover return shipping on size exchanges and defective items. For other returns, a flat EGP 40 fee applies.

Product Care

How should I care for my Hermanos pieces?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat if needed. Following these steps keeps the fabric and details looking sharp for longer.
