Free Size Exchanges — 14 Days

Not the right fit? We'll exchange it free of charge. Reach out within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange the swap — no questions asked.

How It Works

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +20 104 477 2788 with your order number.
2. Send a photo of the item and its packaging.
3. We confirm and arrange a courier pickup within 24 hours.
4. Your replacement ships as soon as we receive the return — or sooner if the new size is in stock.

Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange or return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of any damage, marks, stains, or odours
• In original condition with all tags and packaging intact

Refunds

If your item arrives faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement — your choice.

For non-defective returns, we offer store credit valid for 6 months.

Return Shipping

• Size exchanges & defective items: return shipping is on us.
• Other returns: a flat EGP 40 return shipping fee applies.

Timeline

Exchanges and refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item. Store credit is issued immediately upon approval.
